When we wake in the morning, we often do so with a start … remembering things undone, stressing over the day to come that we have already framed as difficult, or in many cases, simply excited to get it started.
This work tries to establish some moderation in all of those possible outcomes. A balance. Not to take away from the edge that the morning can so often bring, but rather to take it all back a notch. In everything, balance.
